Brother. Friend. Mum. Grandpa. Son.

One in five of us will suffer the debilitating effects of a serious neurological condition.

Think about that for a moment.

It could be someone you love. It could even be you.

Will you please help by donating today? Your donation is one step forward on the pathway to hope through neurological research.

You may not realise it, however almost every New Zealander will know someone who has been affected by a neurological condition, either personally or through a loved one. You may even have first-hand experience of this yourself.

With over 700 neurological conditions, these disorders affect one in five New Zealanders. These conditions do not discriminate - they affect people of all ages.

Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Motor Neuron Disease, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Migraine, Epilepsy, Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury, Migraine, Dementia, Huntington’s, Cerebral Palsy.

These names may sound familiar to you. These are just a few of the many neurological conditions which might affect you or those you love. However, through your support, the Neurological Foundation is able to fund ground-breaking research and education into these conditions, and provide hope of better treatment options and cures for future generations.
